So, track the progress of your transcripts whenever you want, it's fully automated. And, they are simple and straight forward to follow up. You do not have to make calls, send email, or wait for the time to slowly elapse away - never again.
The progress is split into 4 sections:
While at transcription stage you would be notified of its progress via percentage %. Say for example in the above scenario, you should now be able to easily note the progress when 50% of your audio/video file has been transcribed.
Once the transcribers are done with it, your transcripts go through Editing & QA phase, where any possible errors would be corrected. These statuses would be updated accordingly, ensuring that you know that your transcripts would be ready to go, anytime soon.
And when all is done, your transcript will now read the status 'Ready', and will sport a download icon, from where you can simply click to download.
