Every challenge is an opportunity
There is never a dull moment at our office. Those who say that transcribing is a monotonous job. Every day brings with it a fresh set of challenges and we pride ourselves in tackling them head on. This is an interesting client story that details how we are adept at handling tough client requests and near impossible deadlines.
Just Tick; Leave the Rest to Transcriptionstar
It was a hectic Tuesday morning at the production desk, phones ringing what with clients calling in with their urgent requirements. At such a time we at Transcriptionstar got a frantic call from a client in New York, owner of a video channel on YouTube. He sounded quite helpless, there was a sense of urgency in his voice as he was in a desperate need to convert about 27 videos on YouTube to text each 40 mins in duration in a turnaround time of 72 hours and at a reasonable cost.
If the said client went to other transcription companies or if TranscriptionStar did not have an application called iTranscript it would definitely have been an uphill task what with 27 videos to be downloaded manually and the completed transcript with quality to be uploaded to the client while working against the clock. He was very sceptical whether we could fulfil his urgent need. It was quite a challenge for us.
We never say never
Nothing is too difficult for Transcriptionstar as it has a built in module in its application [ITranscript] which enables integration with the selected YouTube videos.Once the YouTube videos are selected by the client a notification will be sent to the production desk and after that as they say, easy as a breeze. Tedious manual upload and download process is done away with facilitating transcripts to be delivered within the 72 hour deadline.
Testimonial of a satisfied and relaxed client
Transcriptionstar came to my rescue and delivered the transcript within the stipulated time with ease thereby I could give my undivided attention to the video shoot schedule which otherwise would have adversely affected my business had I not signed up with TranscriptionStar.
