1. How much do you charge to convert a minute of audio recording?

The cost is based on the audio quality, TAT and the number of speakers/participants participating in the audio conversation.

6. What is your transcription process?

We first analyze the audio file, and improvise the audio quality with the help of an audio engineer, if needed. Assign the audio files to experienced transcribers, based on the quality of the audio. The transcripts after completion are edited, proofread, formatted. Finally the QC team reviews them to make sure they meet the client’s guidelines, before sending them out to the client.

2. How much does it cost to transcribe audios with multiple speakers?

The cost is based on the audio quality, TAT and the number of speakers. For example, a "B" quality audio file with multiple speakers under standard TAT cost $1.75 per minute.

7. What is meant by difficult audio quality?

It means audio which has foreground/background noise, speakers talking over each other, multiple speakers talking at the same time, complex terminology (legal, scientific or medical), difficult accents, muffled or quiet recordings.

3. Can I transcribe an audio file?

Yes, we do Audio/Video transcription service.

8. Do you use third party file transfer systems?

No, we do not use third party file transfer system.

4. What file formats do you accept?

We accept WAVE, AIFF, PCM, FLAC, WMA, ALAC, MP3 & AAC, etc,.

9. What languages do you translate?

We translate close to 90% of the languages of the world.

5. How do you keep my files secure?

We strictly follow the privacy rules to maintain complete security and confidentiality of the files sent by our clients. Each and every client's account is encrypted with login credentials. At the end of every project, all data is deleted, making sure no back-ups are stored on our server.

10. How do you ensure confidentiality of my information?

We strictly follow HIPAA guidelines, and sign a Non-Disclosure-Agreement with our clients. Our secure servers use 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard for file storage and Secure Sockets Layer / Transport Layer Security for file transits. At the end of every project all files are deleted, including backups.
