level of gratification, and ascertain and effectively address areas of potential dissatisfaction through standard operational strategies and sharing those with the respective team members for better compliance.
- Dealing with US Clients on an as-needed basis through telephonic conference,
IM, etc.
- Liaising with existing and new clients, managing new business avenues and
problems, and providing a customized business solution for the betterment of
the business and resolution of problems.
- Ensuring high-quality customer experience, maintaining excellent relations
with the clients, while adhering to the SLAs and work processes to generate
more avenues for newer business projects.
