We make use of software that offers smooth integration between your EMR records and the dictation manager we use. The integrating component, “HL-7 Listener” enables us to connect with the practice’s EMR and procure patient data. We offer three different services in this vein:
| Having automatic access to your EMR system and updating them as per the transcripts of the recordings/dictations uploaded by the practice. |
| Manually logging in to your EMR and directly updating them as per transcripts. |
The 24/7 connectivity component we use is secure as well as complete as it streamlines the ADT, document formatting audio and file transfer. The component is HL-7 compliant and handles data transfer between session-connected systems.
