- DAT professional format or Hard Disc based professional recorder. (You can Dub DAT s to CD for transcription)
- Portable digital recorders
- Mini Disc
- Digital Video Camera with an external microphone (not with a built in one)(record the sound, not the picture)
- Standard Size Audio cassettes.
An investment in either a WMA recorder or a Mini Disc recorder and a microphone is highly recommended.
